CASA ITALIANA HALL
Rental Rates

  
     
 
      Included in the rental of Casa Italiana Hall are chairs and tables for your event.  You may rent chairs and tables of a different style but those costs will not be deducted from our rates.  Caterers will provide dining ware, silverware and table coverings.  A grand piano is available for your party but will only be played by a professional pianist who must provide references.  The hall may not be used for commercial events.  Rental time includes set-up and clean-up by the caterers.  A $1,000 security deposit is required.  A Hall Supervisor will be available from start to end.  For a complete copy of the rental agreement, policies and rules concerning the rental of Casa Italiana Hall, please contact our Rectory Office at 202.638.0165 or e-mail at casaitaldc@yahoo.com.  
     
 
     

Best Rental Rates in Downtown Washington, DC

Regular Party:

  • $300 per hour
  • Time from start to finish includes set-up and clean-up time
  • 300 maximum for a reception
  • 250 maximum for seated dinner
  • 210 maximum for seated dinner with dance floor

Medium Party:

  • $150 per hour
  • Time from start to finish includes set-up and clean-up time
  • 100 to 150 for a reception
  • 50 to 100 seated dinner

Small Party:

  • $125 per hour
  • Time from start to finish includes set-up and clean-up time
  • Less than 100 for a reception
  • Less than 50 seated dinner

Other Costs:

  • $1,000 security deposit
  • $25 per hour for Hall Supervisor
