It is with sadness to report that our former Pastor, Father Charles Zanoni, c.s., passed away on Saturday, 20 August at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Father Charles served as Pastor of Holy Rosary from 1996 to 2006. He just recently celebrated his 60th anniversary of ordination as a priest.

Services will take place at Our Lady of Pompeii Church in New York and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Melrose Park, Illinois. Internment will take place at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.

Please pray for the repose of Father Charles’ soul that he may be welcomed into heaven as a saint resplendent in the light of God.

È con tristezza annunciamo il nostro ex Parroco, padre Carlo Zanoni, c.s., è deceduto sabato 20 agosto al New York Presbyterian Hospital. Padre Carlo è stato parroco del Santo Rosario dal 1996 al 2006. Recentemente ha celebrato il suo 60° anniversario di ordinazione sacerdotale.

I servizi si svolgeranno presso la Chiesa di Nostra Signora di Pompei a New York e la Chiesa di Nostra Signora del Monte Carmelo a Melrose Park, Illinois. L'internamento avrà luogo presso il Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery a Hillside, Illinois.
